We will have ten meat lambs this year, and expect them to sell out quickly. We are taking deposits on whole and half-lamb orders, and then depending on what is left, we'll sell individual cuts at the prices on the Meat Price List. A whole lamb will yield 40-55 lbs of meat and sell for $5.75/lb. A half lamb will yield 20-25 lbs of meat and sell for $6.25/lb. The deposit to reserve your lamb is $50 for a whole and $25 for a half lamb. To reserve your lamb, please email me first to confirm availability, you will need to provide me with the following information:
